Should a new member decide not to continue service following the "New Member Special" promotion, a cancellation request must be made in writing via fax  1-860-760-6042 or email sales@usaloadboard.com 3 days prior to their first recurring bill to avoid being charged for the following month of service. Cancellations made over the phone will not be accepted.
